They do all they say on the packet- are incredibly comfortable to wear, definitely tone and exercise thigh and hips and you can walk forever in them.Only problem is they are super-ugly but so comfortable that they ruin other shoes forever- at least my feet just won't tolerate heels any more. So Im definitely going to buy these fit flops.Are there any other comfortable , attractive shoes out there- preferably ones with a platform as I need the extra height I have been addicted to MBTs since I first wore them 2 years ago this month. I run a small website selling the Ziggy Flip Flop and the Flynn Flip Flop. The only thing was when they came they were too big.. Seem to be big fitting so watch out for that.
