The fantastic Spring Summer 2008 A-wear Style Addict Fashion Show took place in the CHQ building, boasting an impressively long catwalk lined with coloured fairy lights. The show featured seven fashion themes, from safari, to romantic ruffles and nautical cool. The clothes combined high street prices with a designer look - a winning combination! The dresses were especially impressive, favourites included a fabulous strapless chiffon print dress, a dreamy one shouldered tea-dress and a floaty high necked black affair. The cream wear-with-anything mac was a stand-out item, as were the longer take on city shorts. Well done to the organisers and sponsors.All proceeds went to the Irish Cancer Society.
